What is Samba?

Samba is the standard Windows interoperability suite of programs for Linux and Unix, providing file and print services using the SMB/CIFS protocol.

SEAS uses Samba to provide home directory access on Windows Lab PCs and other environments.

Note: Samba drive mounting is available only when connected to PennNet.
